Once you book, we schedule a convenient time and send a trained phlebotomist to your home or office. They collect your sample using sterile, single-use kits, then transport it to our laboratory under proper conditions for analysis.
Which areas of Lagos do you cover?
We provide mobile collection across Lagos — both Mainland and Island. Share your location when booking and we’ll confirm the visit window. Some far locations may have a small logistics fee, which we’ll always tell you up front.
How quickly will I get my results?
Most results are ready within 24–48 hours and delivered as a clear digital report by email or WhatsApp. Some specialised tests take a little longer — we’ll let you know the expected turnaround when you book.
How much do tests cost?
Pricing depends on the test or package and is kept affordable. Message us with the test you need and we’ll send a clear quote — home collection within Lagos is included at no extra charge for most locations.
Are my results confidential?
Absolutely. Your samples and results are handled with strict confidentiality and shared only with you, or whomever you authorise.
Can I still visit your laboratory in person?
